Geospatial Sales Specialist
Summary:An Autodesk Sales Specialist works in a fast paced environment, selling design and geospatial software as well as training and implementation services. The ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and organized. They must be able to multi-task and provide outrageous service to prospective clients; always putting the customer’s needs first. Only candidates who are self-confident in selling at a business-to-business level need apply.
Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through direct sales of Autodesk software and implementation services.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals within assigned territories.
Focus on new client acquisitions within assigned territory by making face-to-face appointments and telemarketing calls.
Prepare and present proposals and effective communicate solutions based on the client’s needs.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Communicate and forecast pipeline and sales opportunities to management.
Attend seminars, trade shows and mandatory training as needed.
Required Skills:
Maintain professionalism in appearance and presence at all times.
Demonstrate professional sales experience with proven ability to qualify, develop and manage sales opportunities.
Develop effective business-to-business sales relationships.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge with CRM management software a plus.
Experience:
Three or more years sales experience in a technology based industry with a proven track record of performance. Experience in the architectural or engineering industry a plus.
Education:
B.S. degree in related field preferred or commensurate work experience.
