1. Once you have placed an order through Applied Technology Group go to www.autodesk.com/stimulus and complete the online rebate form.
2. Print the resulting submission form and mail all the Required Documentation in one envelope to the address listed on the submission no later than 30 days after your qualifying purchase invoice.
