Extend Collaboration with Microsoft and DWF Technology
Simplify and extend your project teams' collaboration. Autodesk has teamed with Microsoft to seamlessly integrate DWF technology with Windows Vista using the XML Paper Specification (XPS).
Publish a new version of DWF files, called DWFx, using the AutoCAD 2008 DWFx Driver or save DWFx files from Autodesk Design Review 2008, and begin collaborating on your designs without requiring additional software to be installed.
Save DWFx files from Autodesk Design Review, and begin collaborating on your designs without requiring additional software to be installed.
Team members can open, view, print, and search your 2D drawings directly within Microsoft’s XPS Viewer, which is automatically installed with Microsoft Vista and IE 7 or higher, bundled with .NET 3.0, and is available as an optional download for Windows XP and 2000 users.
Additionally, DWFx files, including 3D design data, object properties and other meta data can be opened in Autodesk Design Review with full functionality.
