Unable to eTransmit to a ZIP file

software:
AutoCAD MEP 2009
AutoCAD Architecture 2009

Resolution: (written for MEP, please adapt for Architecture)
I understand you are unable to eTransmit to a ZIP file.

I had this exact problem with another customer. They found there was a older copy of the Dzip32.dll on the system that was being used.
The correct version (5.0.0.5) and location should be at C:Program filesAutoCAD MEP 2009DZIP32.DLL.
They found an older one here: C:WindowsSysWOW64Dzip32.dll
You may want to search the hard drive for Dzip32.dll and either rename or delete any Dzip32.dll files you find that are not located in the MEP 2009 folder.
